▸Engineered a 3-tier auth system as the solo frontend engineer — in-memory JWT tokens, a silent refresh on app boot, and an Axios interceptor that serializes concurrent 401s into a single re-auth cycle — reducing redundant network requests and enabling seamless session recovery for coordinators and tutors across the state.
▸Reduced navigation steps for 30+ coordinators and tutors from 3 to 1 by building a geography-driven flow — State → District → Centre → Dashboard — with role-aware routing shortcuts that skip Tutors directly to their centre and bypass geography selection for Coordinators entirely.
▸Optimized the Vite build pipeline for mobile bandwidth constraints via route-level code splitting, reducing the initial JavaScript payload by ∼40% and deferring 150KB+ of heavy dashboard chunks.
